First and foremost, I am an empathetic listener, a creative visual artist, an entertaining storyteller and a grandmother. My values are grounded in making a difference and helping others. I feel privileged when other people trust me with their family stories. The joy and hugs I have received from my clients to date confirm for me that this work is important and has value for my clients and their family/friends.

I have been writing and thinking about how to communicate ideas since leaving school. I have spent a wee bit of time at university (Bachelors in Psychology, Masters in Social Work, Masters in Arts Management and Diploma in Ceramic Arts). I have worked in the arts, social work, government policy and research settings.

This combination of academic training and lived experience means I carefully consider how to best tell your story in a caring, respectful and safe fashion. I have done the hard yards learning the techniques and technology so we can tell your story well.
